There is a regular Yoga Class in Upton Grey Village Hall on Monday evening 7.00-8:30pm.

This friendly class is for all abilities and ages.  Men and women are equally welcome.

You will be introduced to the basic yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques.

Yoga improves flexibility and strength whilst providing stretching and breathing techniques which can be integrated into daily life.

The teacher, Debbie Clark has been practising yoga for nearly thirty years. She is qualified to teach with the Inner Yoga Trust, endorsed and insured by the British Wheel of Yoga.
