During summer, the council collects green garden waste from households who have registered for the service and paid the appropriate fee – click here for details. Village Tree Warden
The village sits in a Conservation Area and all of our mature trees are protected. If you want to make any changes to them you need consent from the Borough Planning Officer for trees. The village has two volunteer tree wardens to watch out for our tree heritage – contact Tony Faulkner on 862604 for information.
